This Blog Wants You To Remember This About Racism:
A person nor a group represents a whole race.
Every person of each race has the possibility to be racist.
Not all Whites are racist.
Not all Blacks are racist.
Not all American Indians are racist.
Not all Alaska Natives are racist.
Not all Asians are racist.
Not all African Americans are racist.
Not all Hispanics are racist.
Not all Latinos are racist.
Not all Native Hawaiians are racist.
Not all Pacific Islanders are racist.
But everyone has the possibility to be racist.
Even me.
Even you.
Racism is wrong, terribly wrong.
It doesn’t matter if it was meant as a joke.
It is still wrong.
And you should not do it.
It isn’t cool.
It isn’t nice.
It isn’t right.
It's wrong.
And if you realize it.
Every time you open your mouth.
Stop.
Think.
Is what you are going to say racist?
Come to a decision.
Think again for the second time.
And decide.
Is what you were going to say racist?
If so, don’t say it.
Keep it to yourself.
Racism is wrong.
Horribly wrong.
Yet people still say racist slurs.
But if you stop.
And you think.
Is what you were going to say racist?
You can help the world become a better and safer place for future generations.
Little by little.
