The wonderful spookylovegoods asked me to say 10 random things about myself and then pass it on to ten people, so here goes!

1) I have a strange obsession with the countries of Canada and France, despite having never been to either of them

2) I really, really, really want a nickname because my Emma is way too common (and yes, this is an invitation to give me one.  Seriously.  Anything.  Call me a letter, a character, a pet name, ANYTHING)

3) Don't even ask me about the history, especially politics, war, or the Greeks, because I will actually never shut up and I will probably rant for a day about why educate is fucking up my favorite subjects because the subject of the past should not be as boring as people make it out to be

4) I was sorted into Slytherin in Pottermore, and yes, I agree with it.

5) My first celebrity (or fictional, I guess?) crush was Captain Kirk

6) I have a plan to get three cats when I'm older, and I shall name them Robot, Georpajongo (yes, that's the Beatles, thank you for asking), and Catallus (After the poet.  I have been waiting to make this pun for so long and I really need a cat so it can come to pass)

7) I am an absolute failure at maths and science

8) I think the literary/television world needs more badass lesbians, because there is nothing better than two diverse and complex women fighting crime/monsters/society and saving each other's asses and I can literally talk about this for hours

9) Nothing angers me more than having people look at me strangely for using an obscure word in the dictionary during casual conversation. (I'm not trying to be "smart", I'm trying to expand my vocabulary and get my point across in a more effective and beautiful way.  Excuse me for not saying "good" or "very" every five seconds)

10) I have far too much (read: not nearly enough) red in my closet.

1.      Have you ever eaten tacos? Yes! I had one last week but transformed it into a burrito instead.

2.      Want to get married? Yes, and he will be the biggest nerd ever.

6.      What can you see when you turn to your right? A white wall and the top of the couch I am sitting on. Intriguing to say the least

9.      Do you fear death? Not as in everyday I'm afraid I'm going to die, but yes a little.

10.  What’s your ringtone? Just a regular ringing phone tone, before when I had it set as the Doctor Who theme song I thought I heard the TARDIS and it was very disappointing when it was just someone calling...

11.  What did you dream last night? Nothing, that I remember, sadly

12. Night owl or early bird? Both, I like being that annoying perky person in the morning, but I also find it quite relaxing to stay up late when no one else in my house is up.

13. Favourite band? Although I haven't listened to them lately, Chameleon Circuit is my favorite band.

14. First thought that pops into your head when you think of the colour purple? Purple shirt of sex.

15. Pick up the nearest book. 11th page, second sentence? Searching and drawing material from the library's database can be done in the library building and probably outside as well, over the Internet.

16. How many times have you moved (homes)? Never.

17. Do you have a favourite youtuber? Danisnotonfire.

18. Least favourite board game? Operation, it's so loud and obnoxious in a bad way.

19. Strangest thing you’ve ever eaten? Alligator.

20. Longest car ride you’ve ever been in? 7 hours

22. Elementary School Colors? Green and Gold.

23. Are you athletic? No, not at all, I was always afraid that the basketball was going to hit me :(.

25. Do you own a tie? If so, what pattern? Yes, black and white zebra print.

26. Last video game you played? Sims 3 Pets.

27. How many lights do you have in your room?  2 lamps (1 has 5 light bulbs on it though), and one crappy desk light that needs to be replaced.

28. Favorite color combination? Orange and blue.

29. If you could pull off one piece of clothing perfectly, what would it be? Irene Adler Louboutin stilettos

30. Somewhere that you wish you could be right now. My summer camp with all of my friends and counselors.
