fireplace, sweater, fallen leaves, oak and full moon
Fireplace: One of your favorite stories, books, or poems
For books, I definitely recommend The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. Go enjoy the Victorian aesthetic.
For poems, Nothing Gold Can Stay, because I’m Outsiders trash (our English teacher made us memorize it last year-I still know it)
also, a poem that my mom memorized when she was bored in school one day that I now know because she recites it so often (I don’t know the name, or who it’s by):
I’ve never seen a purple cow
I never hope to see one
But I can tell you anyhow
I’d rather see than be one
Also, Drama by Raina Telgimier is a gift to this world (LGBT+ characters! Graphic novel! What more could you ask for?)
Sweater: A favorite comforting thought
“You obsess over details. Literally no one else noticed, and if they did, they’ve forgotten by now.”
Oak: Someone or something that encourages strength in you
My friend-family. Not my actual family, but people that I’ve chosen to be my family. They too are gifts to this world.
Full Moon: Something about yourself that you feel is unusual
I can see very vague impressions of the future in my dreams sometimes. They’re hard to discern, though, and I don’t really see it most times until it comes to pass, unfortunately.
Also, whenever I have a tarot reading, it takes a lot of energy that i can’t seem to get back for the longest time (is that even unusual? idk)
Thanks for asking!
