#star wars#and its all bc the same dude did it who doesnt give a fuck about disney or star wars#i really enjoyed andor a lot & rogue one#i wish they wouldve made heir to the empire in the style of andor w a recast han luke leia#thats all they had to do#instead they destroyed the whole IP#its bafflibg#the sequels destroyed the legacy characters and all they sought to fight for and build..... how did you do that#it failed finn rey rose and poe as diverse characters#the Bo Karendalorian failed the only decent project with atmosphere they had which followed a deeply devout man and his son on their holy#quest which gave them both deep spiritual ties#boba fett and obi wan had some high points but not enough to excuse the whole execution#just.... how#tales of the jedi and tbb are like Nick Jr tv which is fine for little kids but isnt even TOUCHING the clone wars level which was legit#a masterpiece from Lucas#just#sheesh#honestly this fandom really deserved better than the slow decay and destruction of an institution#at least we have Andor season 2 before its p much lights out for Star Wars#im grateful for that#and gilroys work
