You writers are amazing

Just... I just want to tell every beginner and experienced writers/authors out there this.

I’m a beginner writer myself - only started like a month ago. I’m literally writing a story for the first time, and I’ve only written like 4 fanfics. I am currently writing a oneshot but it’s only like 800 words, and its just the beginning. I’m having a bit of trouble deciding whether, in a flashback, that main character should know that his significant other is pregnant when she is kidnapped and he tries to save her. And I also have to decide how he reacts to that, and everything else. It’s really difficult, and it’s holding me back from writing anymore. I don’t know if this is a writer’s block or not, but it’s just difficult to decide how each characters react to every little thing. You also have to pretend to be that character as you write.

It’s made me understand and appreciate all the fanfics I read even further.

Just, to all the fanfic/non-fanfic writers out there, I admire you. I don’t know how you do it, but you’re all amazing. Seriously.
