I was looking through some of my old writing, and saw this quote:

"Humans seek comfort zones. Don't linger in your misery, [redacted]. We are just as likely to get comfortable in it, as we are in anything else."

And I have no fucking clue as to what the context of this was, but past me had some brilliant insight into the human condition.
