So years ago I swore to myself I wouldn't do a Sephiroth cosplay until I had something my height (>5') to reliably make a sword out of (since 7 feet of cosplay foam cannot reliably survive a convention). I got lucky and found a tube of cardboard that even bent in the perfect way, and with the magic of duct tape I now have a sword.

Jump to last week where my brother wants to take photos of my cosplay, but close up shots don't look great due to the DIY nature of my ""sword"". So we went on Ebay and, well, it big.

It really big.

...I think I'm ready for every convention ever now.
