Beastars AU. Amity will wear longs sleeves in hot weather to cover up her stripes & uses make up for the ones on her face. One day it starts raining & the makeup ends up getting wet & coming off. Amity is having a small panic attack until Luz grabs her face mesmerized by the stripes. Amity felt comfortable around Luz showing hers stripes, Luz actually really likes them. The two are waiting under a balcony around the school waiting for the downpour to die down and Amity is grumbling about being wet but Luz is just soaked and giggling. Yes Amity tried to use her body as a shield for Luz from the rain, what of it?

Amity feels at her face and then pulls her paw back and startles when she realizes the makeup is coming off so shes grabbing her shirt and frantically trying pat down and dry her face so Luz of course looks up and she just LIGHTS up. She practically climbs Amity to grab her cheeks n stare starry-eyed like “you have stripes?” and Amity is already preparing for the worst when Luz says “thats so cool!” and is tracing the stripes along her face and Amity just slowly relaxes into it and leans down so Luz can get to her stripes better. And Amity wonders why she would ever be worried in the first place. This is Luz, after all. The cheerful little hybrid who never cared about a damn social norm in her life.
