The Other Side (Take One) | Jihyun & Jongup |

Jihyun heaved a mental sigh of relief once the kitten in her arms relaxed. She felt sorry for the poor thing and she understood his fear. Being scratched by what felt like several little knives at once, however, wasn’t the most pleasant thing in the world. She watched as the little kitten searched her face, smiling a bit for him even though she knew smiles didn’t necessarily determine enemy or not. Once it seemed like she’d passed his test, she relaxed completely and settled down on the ground.
"A curious one, aren’t you?" She asked softly, gently petting his fur. The injuries he’d dealt during his struggling have already begun healing, soon to be completely nonexistent. "You’ve gotten yourself into a bit of a mess this time, I’m afraid. Not to worry though. I’ll make sure you stay safe." She murmured, nodding her head.
The ocelot listened to her words intently, now calm enough for his earlier curiousness to dominate his thoughts once again. Wide, starry eyes looked at her then peered around them, only tensing slightly at the sight of something dark and mysterious that screamed 'danger!' even to someone without a strong intuition. And yet, Jongup still wanted to know more, wanted to get closer to his surroundings that felt so different from what he knew from his small portion of the human world. Magical even. Contrary to just moments ago, where he hid and cried out of fear for himself, now he leaned in her arms towards new sites that he felt a need to explore. He had not earned himself the title 'adventurer' for nothing. There was so much to take in, that he hardly noticed her quick healing skills, that were somewhat of a big giveaway that she was a little different, too.
