Anna - They were best friends throughout middle school and did everything together. Anna was the prettiest thing that Sarah had ever seen and she had no idea at that point that what she felt was ‘wrong’. So, when she told Anna she had a crush on her, she wasn’t expecting Anna to flip out and tell her they couldn’t be friends anymore because she couldn’t be friends with a lesbian. Sarah didn’t really know how to identify as anything else for awhile after that until she learned that it was okay to like both boys and girls, even if she had a preference. They went to high school together, but never spoke until one night at a party junior year. Anna got wasted and they ended up hooking up in the bathroom. She never spoke to her again.
