I just wanted to say Petrie did really well at the vet, no sign of mites and just an issue of tweaking diet and exercise. The vet was very complimentary about Petrie's general health and I have to thank you for that as the care you give to your birds is so inspirational that it makes me try harder for my little beans. Have a lovely weekend Courtney!

Queen of the castle!

Eye spy 👁 It's been really difficult the last week or so to get pictures of Petrie. She is going to be two this year and I think some of her hormones might be a bit all over the place as she's not been very affectionate or easy to please lately. Mostly she just wants to steal all the millet and eat the sofa (without being disturbed!) Hopefully things will be back to normal soon, but until then I'm still in love with my beautiful little blue bird :) just trying to be very accommodating of her needs.
