September is the last peek month for most fruits in California. So, it’s the perfect time for an easy to make Sangria. My go to recipe includes mango & strawberries and of course a delicious bottle of White Wine from Napa Valley. This Sangria is perfect for sunny hot days and drinking it into the cooler evening with friends outside as the sun sets.
For this recipe I used Crocker Starr 2017 Sauvignon Blanc. With already tropical mango flavor and other citrus aroma, I think this wine is perfect for this sangria.
Ingredients
1 Napa Valley bottle White Wine (the sweeter the better)
1 c. mango juice
1 c. coconut rum I used Malibu
1 mango cut
2 c. strawberries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and chill until ready to serve.
