There was a secondary wince from him as she tended to his wound. While her attention was appreciated, his wounds almost visibly healing on its own.

"It's only a flesh wound." He lied, eyeing the stab wound in his arm from their latest BOW battle.

🥀     ───   Dante walks the streets of Fortuna, hands in pockets, sucking on a blueberry lollipop. Why blueberry? Because the damn store was sold out of strawberry, that's why. What a hell hole this place is turning out to be. Forget pizza shops. Vendors in the streets were handing out books and pamphlets; spread the savior's word! they said. As if they really knew anything about Sparda.

He stuck out like a sore thumb, but people kept to themselves, seemingly avoiding the stranger in red while he roamed the streets. What Dante's really interested in is Agnus' lab. The sick scientist is rumored to be conducting a series of experiments. Something about creating angels out of test subjects.

Naturally when the devil hunter heard word of this, he decided to investigate. He even snagged a fancy looking key from some fancy looking guardsmen this morning. It must be important. Aha!

When he slides it into a lock inside one of the chaples, the door slides open easily, leading Dante down a winding passageway. Where does it lead? He's about to find out.

Dante pulled to a stop in front of the old, dilapidated manor and cut the bike’s engine before reaching into his pocket and pulling out the hastily drawn map that Morrison had made for him on the back of a bar napkin. Yup, this was the place. Looked spooky enough, but nothing here was really screaming ‘in need of a devil hunters services’. He got off the bike, putting his helmet down as he put the napkin back in his pocket. At least he could go knock on the door. No need to be uncivilized.

He made it to the door and knocked hard, testing the knob after getting no response. He wasn’t surprised when it opened with a loud creak and he poked his head in. “Hello? Anyone home? Mike? Jason? Bloody Mary?” He steps inside. “Anyone have a moment to talk about our lord and savior, Papa John’s?”
