i saw a post somewhere once that pointed out that the gems that jasper had in her possession may have been the gems that bismuth mentions. the names she says correspond with real gems that i believe are quartzes but i'm not sure???
yeah, bismuth did mention crazy lace (crazy lace agate) and biggs (biggs jasper), and they are both quartzes. and the brown gem she caught does definitely look like a biggs jasper. none of them really match up with the way crazy lace agate looks, though. so maybe they are all jaspers?? but like i said, if they are, it’s weird that the all have the same gem cut besides jasper. so either they’e not jaspers (which it seems like they are) or something weird’s going on with jasper??
i can’t wait for this to be explained in canon because i’m seriously so confused about all this o3o
