R E F L E C T I O N S My first night time paddle on a magical, nearly fullmoon night with Soul Family I reunited with in Bahrain. Floating. Gliding. Contemplating. Connecting. Reflecting. We arrived "cautiously optimistic" having no idea what life would look like and we leave with more heart full connections than ever imagined. It never really felt like a "first time" in this rich and ancient place and so I also know, we will return. It will look vastly different, SUP Yoga may or may not have continued, but when a heart finds a place to call "home" it is never far. Aloha Bahrain, you are forever in our hearts.
