Sometimes I get really tired when I shake my booty because let's face it-- that's a big muscle. It's hard to drop it like it's hot when you're about to drop like a fly BUT 🏃🚶🏃🚶 my shuffle isn't really ALL THAT-- in fact I'm barely getting the hang of it, but its just too hard to not dance mid #t25 workout when the beat drops ✌️ this is usually what happens when I workout at home...
