If he was flat out apologizing on his hands and knees like he should be? Sure, yeah. I’d be a lot more at peace. They’re not going hard as they should be from the start, and a lot of him attempting to is taking second place to him desperately trying to fill a spot he really can’t, because all might is way too big a spot to fill currently.

Which, like, that part, perfectly fine with. The milquetoast shit about ‘sending his wife flowers’ and stuff isn’t hard enough.

I’m not against Endeavor TRYING to be a better person, because at the end of the day, he’s a hero and on our side whether we like it or not, I just don’t think he’s doing nearly enough and personally I want this entire experience to maybe knock some sense into him.

Basically: The main problem with this arc isn’t it’s happening to Endeavor imo, it’s that it’s not actually fucking happening and is really more about Endeavor stepping up to the plate as a hero, not as... a person so far.

In Sumerian, non-person-class nouns generally look identical in the singular and plural. In this case, the plural of me 𒈨 would be me 𒈨. To say a specific number of mes, just add the number after the word — “four mes” would be melimmu 𒈨𒐼, for example.

In English, it’s normal to pluralize the word as mes, keeping the me portion in italics, or to use me as both singular and plural (as in Sumerian).

And a fun fact — although Sumerian sources refer to over a hundred mes, we currently only have fragmentary lists and thus can only name about sixty of them.
