Too bad obesity is actually very simple, most cases of it anyway. Very simple conserved hibernation response where certain humans among us have biology that views carbohydrate as a seasonal indicator and so triggers fattening.

For the record I never told GoKaleo about that post. But I don't really see much difference in their bodies except for muscle mass. GoKaleo has shorter hair. I follow GoKaleo's blog and I've never seen her promote her body-building hobby as a healthy lifestyle for everyone or said that low-carb was bad, just that it's not a panacea and it's not the best diet for everyone. She even said that she ended her low-body fat stint because of the side effects.
As for the initial comparison between her and Jimmy Moore, I'll remind you that same post also contained the weight loss stories of two men who were just as obese as Jimmy Moore and about the same age. Sorry, people do lose weight on high-carb diets. And people do fail to lose weight on low-carb diets. You might be someone who loses weight on low-carb, or you might not, but if weight loss if your goal and you want to sell weight loss books and products, you might want to actually find a diet that has that effect on you. I don't get why a LC success story like Itsthewooo would care so much about Jimmy...
Also I don't think veganism is healthy long-term, but as part of a fast it can be hugely beneficial, which is one of the reasons I was into veganism in the first place, because I experienced benefits.
