PREORDER PROBLEMS
On preorder if the song doesn't load DO NOT BUY IT AGAIN BC YOU'VE ALREADY ESSENTIALLY BOUGHT IT. I just figured out why the song wouldn't download automatically on my phone even when I had preordered the album and here's why: If you didn't get it automatically it's just because you haven't authorized iTunes to download immediately onto your phone after something new becomes available... Which means it isn't authorized to download on your phone the second the music comes out in the store so it's stored as an "available download" on ITunes on your computer until you physically go in and download it. HOW TO GET IT ON YOUR PHONE IF YOU HAVE A PC: (if you have a MacBook skip to step 5) Step 1: Go on a computer. You need a computer to see the full store. Cause on a MacBook the iTunes store is apparently already downloaded but on a PC like you and I use, you need to download it Step 2: go to the apple website and click music>iTunes. Step 3: enter your Apple ID in the email address box Step 4: click download to download iTunes to your computer (And wait for it to download.. While it's downloading click the downloading icon and select "open when done") it'll ask you to restart your computer which is perfectly fine. Step 5: click the iTunes icon (which should be on the desktop of your computer) to open the ITunes Store page you've just downloaded to your computer Step 6: go to account and click "check for available downloads" the song should be just sitting there waiting for you to authorize the downloading of it onto your phone Step 7: Click the download button and download it on your phone. Step 8: Enjoy the song!! .... GUYS SPREAD THE WORD because it is NOT okay for people to be paying double for something they've already ordered because of an Apple iTunes quirk. Happy Listening!! :)
