Lions mane mushroom
An edible mushroom that shares a similar taste and texture to chicken, lol. I was able to harvest it from the woods behind my house and it was definitely a worthwhile experience eating!
This mushroom is said to be good for protection against dementia, reducing mild symptoms of anxiety and depression, and helping repair nerve damage. It also has strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-boosting abilities! :)
