Gluttony, Envy and Pride <333

Gluttony: One of my favorite foods.

              ➳There was never much in the way of food, let alone a vast variety of it. Most edible goods that came to mind she had never tasted— simply reading them from odd cook books here and there. But when surviving on an empty stomach for the majority of her life, any food tasted damn good when she could get her hands on it. 

    “Uhh— dried berries are kinda nice.”

             A low rumble then came from her stomach. Aw, fuck.

Envy: Something I wish I was better at. 

          ➳She slid a quick hand under her nose before setting calloused palms on her hips.

    Psh. Nothing. I’m awesome. 

       Nah, she knew that was simply not the truth. Ellie knew there were plenty of things she could be better at— swimming; playing the guitar; learning when to shut up.

                 "Gettin’ to sleep. I guess I wish I was better at that."

       Tiredness was continuously apparent across delicate features. If she could flip her Insomnia off like a switch, she would. 

Pride: Something that I like about myself.

"I’m a pretty good shot with a bow an’ arrow."

           ➳There were other things she liked about herself, but being good with a bow and arrow was something that stood out for her. Such weaponry had helped her through alot. Not just flanking assholes, but catching decent game, too.

Ebony crossed her leg over the other as she looked up from her favorite seat in the cafe to see the newcomer. "Hello, are you just walking by?" She asked her as she set her cup of coffee on the red table.
