Ivan Franjo was the oldest child of the Franjo family. The Franjo pack is one of the many allies of the Hale pack. They were the ones who helped and gave sanctuary Laura Derek when they escaped to New York. It was this situation that brought Ivan to become a confidant to Derek, taking him under his wing as Laura was busy now being the leader of the Hale pack. Ivan was just as lost as Derek himself. It was not because of grief, but because he didn’t know what to make of his life. He was not that into baking like his dad nor was he into medicine like his mother. In a way that was why they got along so well.
Ivan just used what he knew and what he was known for: his brawn. It was what he used to get many physical jobs or to help his family and pack. Eventually he formed his own security business, where people like him could get jobs too. Everything seemed to run well until he was thrown into chaos again when his parents decided to pass the baton to him, making him the new alpha of the Franjo pack. The change not only came with tons of responsibilities he thought he wasn’t ready for, which also included being an oversight unit of his dad’s business.
It was why he was in Beacon Hills now. It’s more recent peacefulness and new increase of the supernatural population has made it more appealing to make business there. Ivan had to be there to make sure everything went well, but he hoped to also take a chance to catch up with the Hales. He hoped to get advice of how to move forward because he was starting to feel like that lost man again when the Hales came to New York.
