Kennedy Mitchell Biography
The man known as Kennedy Mitchell was born Ivan Mazur in the small Ukrainian village of Zborev. The town suffered many economic shortfalls and many citizens left to go to bigger cities with more opportunity. Very early on, young Ivan met a boy several years his elder by the name of Pavlo Terasenko. Pavlo had gotten in with some of the local gangsters and started doing odd jobs for them eventually getting Ivan a job as well. Always eager to impress, Ivan would do the jobs that most didn’t want to do. He had no hesitation, no fear and above all – no conscience. Ivan was merciless.
At the age of 16, he was sent to kill a man that had slighted his boss. He was small, only 5’9”, compared to some of the other men in the industry and though he spent part of his time lifting weights trying to bulk up it did nothing for his height. It was more of a reason to be unrelenting. During the hit, the man fought back and ran Ivan through with a sword. Ivan grew fierce with anger that he’d been hurt – kicking himself for getting hurt (something that had never occurred in the past) he pulled the sword from the wound and beheaded the man as he was walking away.
Despite care from his boss for the wound he incurred it took Ivan months to heal properly. His determination to succeed only grew with each passing day. By the time he was 18, he wanted his own piece of the action. The man he worked for was not willing to relinquish to him any part of Zborev or the surrounding areas taking it as far as actually laughing at Ivan that he could be so audacious. Ivan hated the idea that someone could possibly believe he was not capable or worthy of being in charge. He promptly pulled a gun and shot the man and one of his guards. Another fought with him and he beat the third man to death with his bare hands.
Unsure what to do he found Pavlo. His longtime friend packed him up and shipped him off to the United States where he changed his name to something he felt was more American, Kennedy Mitchell. Pavlo would eventually follow Kennedy out to California and between them, they have taken over and completely run everything dirty from Torrence to Westminster and as far north and Compton.
