Ivee and I are not Chefs. We did not study in culinary schools. We are just home cooks who love food. We love to experiment and try different dishes, and when we do, it takes time, effort, a lot of trial and error, a messy kitchen, and a lot of cuts, burns and bruises. We sometimes have lunch at 3pm and dinner at 9. But all these are well worth it, especially after taking that first bite, we realize that we just made a successful dish.
Today is one example of a happy day in the kitchen. This is our experiment of Sardine Pesto Pizza that we made from scratch. I made the pizza dough last night, proofed it for an hour or so, and had it rested in the ref overnight. Awhile ago, Ivee did the rest of the magic.
