A hero and her lesser known sisters - Carpathia, Ivernia and Saxonia
Everybody knows Carpathia for rescuing the survivor from Titanic. But she doesn't think she deserves this fame - she just did what was right. Despite she got legs problems after reaching 17 knots, she does not regret doing it
Ivernia and Saxonia are Carpathia's half sisters. In 1911, during a heavy fog, Ivernia hit a reef and started sinking. Fortunately, she was still not so far from harbor, so she turned around and went back. The passengers had got off before she sank completely. She was refloated and repaired a month later, and a scar is what remained from that accident
All of the sisters where requisitioned as troopships, but not all of the returned home... Most of them didn't return... Saxonia was the only one to not to be torpedoed...
