I just signed up for my first 5K...ever. TIPS!? (It's in a month and a half so there is time for me to train)

I would find a 5k for beginners training schedule and stick to it :) I’m the kind of person that likes to put that on a calendar in a place i can see it, and cross off the days as i do the workouts. And respect rest days
