{♕} Teachers weren't just running their mouths when they yelled at and lectured students about keeping off their phones while they are walking -- her nose smarted suddenly from abrupt impact, and automatically she cupped a hand to it gingerly.
What she assumed to be a pole turned out to be a person, much to the young woman's embarrassment. Cheeks blushed pink and she attempted to apologize around her hands. "'m 'orry,'" she mumbled, words obscured by her hands, but she didn't want to pull them away from her face quite yet, not when she wasn't positive she wasn't bleeding.
It'd already been pre-arranged that Haruka would call over to Makoto's apartment that evening. He was asked to send him a message when he was leaving, which he did, presuming it was so that Makoto could get ready before he arrived. With his job done, he sat his phone back on the coffee table in his living room, grabbed his jacket and made tracks before waiting for a reply.
It wasn't until he reached his friend's place, letting himself in after knocking once and announcing that he was entering, that he figured maybe he should have waited for a response. He found himself facing a stranger, whom he figured was Makoto's new roommate that he had heard about. Either that, or he had the wrong apartment, but the familiar Iwatobi jacket draped over the back of a chair said otherwise.
"Is Makoto in?" He was never really one for proper introductions.
