This wasn’t Skuld’s usual kind of hangout.

The goddess had heard of a place where computers ruled for the main part, everyone syncing in on a new game every so often. There weren’t many cyber-cafés in Nekomi City, if at all. 

Not as if she minded; someone like her constantly had things to work on, comics to read, and robots to maintain.

Yet, if she had an opportunity to be with people who appreciated the fine form of technology....well, she couldn’t resist that. Even with her shy demeanor, she could come out of her world and interact with the rest of humankind if it meant she got to geek out over shared hobbies. The lack of somewhat perverted college students was a plus--she could only take so much adoring from those on campus who have heard of her genius skills with mechanics.

Too bad people here seemed to be more obsessed with the virtual than with blabbering. More interested in false visuals than with hard, concrete facts and parts, the kind you could tinker with your hands. She was bored, bored, bored. 

The game looked appealing though. For someone who wasn’t from a super-computer system like Yggdrasil.
