Form of Life—Redesigning the Birth Certificate
The studio IWANT Design came up with a way to take a visually boring government document, the birth certificate, and infuse it with life. It's taken all the essential information on a regular birth certificate and playfully arranged it on a grid with placid colors and inviting iconography. We think of a birth certificate as just another form of identification, but why shouldn't it be just as beautiful and unique as the life it reflects?
