1. What's your absolute favorite moment in the Avatar: the Last Airbender series?

That would probably have to be when Aang met and talked to the lion-turtle. :)

2. If you could meet any of the avatars, which one would you choose to meet and why?

Aang (Duh!). Why? Because he just seems like that guy that you would just want to hang out with all of the time. Knowing how fun-loving and kind he is, Aang just seems like he'd be a really good friend to have. Even as we see him older in LOK, I would still want to meet him because of how knowledgeable he is.

3. Favorite nonbender?

Sokka. Always Sokka.

4. If you were the avatar, what would your animal companion be?

I'd have to say that I'd want to have a dragon, just because they're so awesome.

5. What do you hope to see within the upcoming seasons of The Legend of Korra?

I'd really like to see some more development on Mako and Bolin's parent situation. Now that we know that Mako is part of the police force, I just keep having this headcanon that Mako will want to try to find the firebender that killed their parents. Along the way, I'd like to see some flashbacks from when he and Bo were kids...

6. Do you have a non canon ship for A:TLA or LOK? If so, which one?

As much as some may hate it, and as cliché as it may be, I have always liked the idea of Zuko and Katara (Zutara) happening.

7. Thoughts on Amon/Noatak?

My thoughts on Amon are very complex, after finding out his true identity. I tried capturing it in one of my fanarts where I described my feelings of how I thought that Amon was one of those "villains" that was misunderstood on a catasrtophic level. The way I think about it is that Amon's want for "equality" among benders and nonbenders was all because of what his father did. Amon/Noatak had seen the worst of bending at such a young age, what with his father being Yakone. I feel like his entire goal for the equalitst revolution was to prevent something like Yakone from happening again.

8. Do you have any headcanons for A:TLA or LOK? If so, what or who about?

9. Are you in any other fandoms? If so, which one(s)?

I'm not "officailly" in the fandoms, but I due peruse some of the tags from time to time. Supernatural. The Vampire Diaries. Sword Art Online. Ao No Exorcist. Rise of the Guardians.

10. What do you love about the Avatar fandom? Something you hate?

I love how everyone is so open with each other and how everyone is so easy to talk to when it comes to Avatar-related things. When you have questions, you get honest answers without feeling like an idiot. If you do something wrong, or make a mistake, you are corrected without feeling horrible about it.

As for something that I hate, I don't particularly like how people get so heated about shipping. I mean, personally, I ship everything so I avoid this problem at all costs, but it still tends to pop up on my dash every once in a while. I just don't like ship bashing because it's like stomping on others' opinions.

11. When did you join the Avatar fandom?

Well, I'd been really sitting on the sidelines of the fandom ever for about five years (yeah, ridiculous, I know). I offically "joined" around mid-year last year.

1. Favorite childhood show? Does Avatar count? Haha. Really, though, when I was really little and Nickelodeon still played it (am I really that old already?), my favorite show was The Wild Thornberrys.

2. What is your favorite color? Blue.

4. If you had 50 million dollars, what would you do with it? Good question, boring answer. I would probably use some of it to move away from where I live now, and be able to buy a house to live in and a new car to drive.

5. Most favorable childhood memory? Running up the hill to my great-grandmother's house to get ice cream. <3

6. Your best friend is really upset, what do you do to help them? Offer them a shouler to cry on and lend them an ear. I'm a great listener adn that always seems to help. Sometimes, friends just need another person to vent to.

7. What is your definition of a hero? Someone who offers to help others at any cost, even if that means putting themselves at risk in order to do so. It's someone who is willing to give up what they have so they can give to others.

8. If you were to only eat one thing, what would it be? That's a tough one. As weird as it is, my mother's pot roast.

9. Favorite school subject whether you are in school or not? English.

Tagged By: lusus-naturae-per-se 1. What about your OTP drew you in and why do you ship them as hard as you do? I have too many OTPs, but all of them tend to lean toward the "opposite yet complementary" personalities aspect. Zuko and Katara (ATLA), for example, are both very strong and independent characters from different ends of any spectrum, whether it be fire versus water or good versus evil. My current ship obsession is Eponine and Enjolras (Les Misérables), both of which are also passionate and independent characters from different social rankings. Similarities bring people together, and differences can change people for the better. Perhaps that is why I ship pairings with this element. As for book OTPs? So long as the couple is fluffy without being annoying, I can hardcore ship whatever pairing the author makes canon. 2. What are you most passionate about? (hobbies, interests, subjects, etc.) Science, art, music, and writing. More specifically, I love biological sciences and DNA engineering. In my future, I hope to pursue a career in the neurosciences and psychology. Aside from educational passions, art and music make up most of my life. Any kind of art -- visual, theatrical, literary. Painting and photography are my best fields in visual art; singing, acting, and playing guitar are my top performing art fortes; and fiction writing and songwriting are my literary strengths. 3. Do you prefer coffee or tea? I've tried getting into tea because it's healthy, but I just can't do it. I prefer coffee, but I drink both rather sparingly. 4. I have so many more, but I can't think of them all at the moment! All very passionate characters, and I love that about 'em.
