I mean, it was a continuation of the story that had been set in motion in BW, like, at the end of BW, N didn’t know what to do, his entire world view was shattered, but at the same time Ghetsis decided that manipulation wasn’t the right avenue.

It could have been done better than the same old same old then. Yeah a sequel sounds good but not when the story is basically the same plot of every single Pokemon game, N is barely in it, all the gym leaders who had a role in the first are back to being just there and where the heck is Touko/ya? dead?

For a sequel it was very lackluster. TOS2 is a good sequel. BW2 is meh

I argue BW doesn’t need a sequel the story may have had some questions at the end but it was wrapped up pretty nicely. Better than any other story a Pokemon game had

Can we please stop now, we’re just going to have to agree to disagree. Story is what matters to me, what matters to you is replayability elements and that’s okay. But we have different views and they aren’t going to match xD

I mean, i have no problems going in circles that’s fine. Also, I feel like having a sequel rather than a third version was better story than anything pokemon has done story wise ever. Like a slightly different third version story would have boring.

But the story wasn’t even good! It was back to evil team tries to take over the region. Again. We all know they’re evil lets use Kyurem to take over yada yada oh look black/white Kyurem

Now I did like that you couldn’t catch it and could only defeat it but. 

Compared to the awesome story BW had BW2′s plot was a major disappointment so yeah I would have preferred them going to Emerald/Platinum route and perfecting the story rather than sequeling and having the same old story again.

But again this is just my opinion.

I feel like that isn’t the fault of the games though. The people who write the show are not the same people who write the games story for game freak even. Also the anime has some long term issues with its plotting that bother me anyway. Also Colress

No it’s the fault of the games in the end. Because the anime is just one big advertisement for the games anyway so they cut specific stuff to better advertise BW2 and dropped all the plot points they had in BW never gave them closure and came up with new ones on the spot. They were forced by Gamefreak to include Roxie too.

Colress is in BW2 actually. In Episode N
