Kill me. (You kill me :D)
"Why, Jade?!" Artemis screamed, firing arrows at Cheshire's fleet silhouette without really aiming. "Why would—why would you—?"
"She was a liability," Jade drawled. "I got a bit tired of her always nagging at me, trying to bring out whatever good she was convinced I had. And the Shadows weren't fond of her betrayal. It was just business."
"I thought you were better than that," Artemis shouted, shooting another arrow (it misses entirely, whistling out toward the open sea). "God, Jade, she was our—she was your mom."
"Was she?" Jade inquired, forcing the airiness into her voice, but Artemis could hear a sharp edge to it, just for a moment. The mask lay forgotten on the sand. "She always did like you better. Even though she always insisted on telling me that it's very girl for herse—"
"STOP," Artemis finally snarled, her voice low with all the fury that had gathered in the pit of her stomach when she'd found her mother, fallen from her wheelchair, curled up on the floor with a trail of blood twisting down the corner of her lip.
She leaped at Cheshire, and her arm managed to snag around the other woman's torso, knocking them both onto the sand. Cheshire didn't move, but she was grinning.
"Wow, you've gotten good, sis," she muttered to the stars. "Dad would be proud. Mom was, too, you know. At least, that's what she told me when I went to visit last night. She didn't suspect a thing. She made it so... easy."
Artemis let out a feral shriek of rage that she would never have thought herself capable of, aiming the tip of her arrow at Jade's forehead, touching the metal to her skin. Jade grinned in response.
"She didn't even beg," she said calmly. "I suppose that was mildly admirable. Not like I begged her not to leave us with Dad."
"She had no choice," Artemis choked out, her hands starting to shake.
"There's always a choice, isn't there?" Jade laughed and it cut into the quiet. "Like the one you're about to make. So please hurry up. I have a very busy schedule."
"You always did, didn't you?" Artemis whispered bitterly, and she stood, the bow and arrow steady. The string snapped out of her fingers without making a sound.
Love me ;D (lol enjoy)
((omfg I can't even))
"Why Cheshire?"
Cheshire glanced up from her nails to see Flash Boy at her cell door, hands on hips. She raised an eyebrow, pushing herself up higher on the bed.
"Didn't my sister every tell you?" Wally shrugged, and Cheshire smiled. "I just like the Cheshire cat, that's all."
Wally thought that might not be the reason, but he didn't know why she wouldn't tell him something as simple as this.
"I debated calling myself Luca for a while."
Wally cracked a grin, shaking his head. "No, Luca, no."
"Yeah, my thought process exactly." Cheshire slumped back in her cell, giving Kid Flash a bored look. "So, why're you even here?"
Kid Flash seemed to debate something, before giving in and sitting cross-legged in front of the cell bars. "I need to know something about Artemis."
Cheshire's gave him a long look, before slowly standing and making her way over to where he sat. She then sat opposite him, holding the bars that stood between them. "What do you wanna know so bad that you came looking for me, hmmm? Some deep dark secret that she refuses to tell you? I have all the juicy family gossip."
"Nothing like that." Wally leaned forward slightly. "I want you to tell me Artemis' favourite flower."
Hey. Nightwing. Up for tapas and beer? Or would you prefer more breadsticks? ;D
Uh, Cheshire...
No, thanks.
Unless you're up for a picnic in the prison yard.
iwilljustdisappear replied to your post: How do you feel about your daughter having a kid with Red Arrow?
Well isn’t that awkward.
Personally, I'd prefer it being awkward instead of true.
How do you feel about your daughter having a kid with Red Arrow?
She isn't--
...Unless you tell me your sources, I refuse to believe that.Arrow's still a dead man walking though.

Well that’s what the condom is for isn’t it? :)
"A" condom, yes. But since none of that has anything to do with me, I see no relevance on the matter.
So does that condom costume of yours actually work? ;)
I --..Excuse me?
