Ok so as always I have been crap and I haven't followed through with my plan. But, although I have generally been rubbish at following my plan, I have been tracking my calorie intake using MyFitnessPal for the last two weeks and it has actually been working really well for me! I lost three pounds last week. Also, I was training for a 10K run which I ran on Saturday morning and I am pleased to say that I jogged the whole thing without stopping! Even though it was at an incredibly slow pace and my time was 1hour30. But the fact that I can jog for 1 hour and 30 minutes continuously is pretty good! I have started to notice some definition on my legs again which is GREAT. So now I'm just going to use my fitness pal for as long as it takes (probably over a year) to lose the weight I need to lose to be healthy. And if I have an off day (like today) it's not the end of the world, and my diet has not stopped. Tomorrow is a new day.
