There is this HILARIOUS deleted scene from season seven, when Wendy went with Nero, right? And she’s outside Baroksy’s shop, and El Oso (Alvarez’s VP? I think?) walks out, where she’s sitting, waiting for Nero, and he just leers all over her. And when Nero comes out, she comments that a few years earlier, he would have been a 10 for her. And then, of course, Nero mentions that he’d just gotten out of jail, where he’d been doing time for rape. And it got less funny. But. Yeah. That’s how Wendy’s mind works. Oops.

What she wanted to say was, Well, you shouldn’t have. but that seemed...unnecessary. It wasn’t Donna’s fault. If anything, it was Jax’s fault, ultimately. It was always Jax’s fault. Somehow. Asshole.

And Donna really belonged with Opie anyway. The idiot guy that had been flirting with her in math class was a tool, and Wendy had really just been looking out for her friend. Or at least, that was how Wendy was spinning it for herself. Because her whole life was turning into one huge spin, to cope with all the dumb shit she kept doing. But at the moment, she had to deal with Donna, and that meant more spin still.
