I saw that AU is not allowed but how about Semi-AU? For example if I want to RP a FC who is already an Idol in real life as a trainee preparing for debut, would that be allowed?

Personally I don’t mind AU or semi-AU, however.. If the character whose FC you wish to use is part of an idol group, I would prefer for you to remain an already debuted idol (to keep the group intact.) However if it’s a solo artist or such, then that wouldn’t be a problem.

(We will have things such as themed weeks, and one of the themes on the list is predebut life, which would make those who wish to attend to return to the state of their trainee days.) // Jiyong.

From what I’ve seen most of our members seem to be on the literate side. It’s hard to put the correct definition on it, but I would say we’re a semi-literate > literate group!

can we be more than one character?

We allow a maximum of two accounts/characters per person. However, those two characters must be reasonably active — and by active I mean not just reblogs but also communications with other members like threads or paras or asks. If a typist has 2 charas and one obviously is more active than the other, we’ll ask him/her to free up the less active chara so others can RP him/her. Also, those 2 characters may not be from the same idol group, nor should they be mixed up, as in — it should not be obvious that both are played by the same typist, and their emotions / relations should not overlap.

are the members allowed to switch characters?

Yes, they are, as long as their character isn't already taken/reserved. All you need to do is tell us your current character and the character you want to switch to in an ask. There is no need to reapply. Please also include the birthday of the new character so we can add him/her to the birthday list.

If I want my idol to like people of the same gender would that work? Maybe won't fit their image and all orz

Of course it would work, that’s all up to you. But remember, to remain somewhat realistic it’s not like your character would run around bragging about the way they swing. But these things are perfect for IC drama, and sneaking around to avoid the public eye can be quite entertaining.

Everything happening on the dash is not something everybody’s characters would be aware of. But public places are quite a danger, and groupmembers might gossip. All relationships in general would cause quite a ruckus if it involves an idol. (I’m sure you have seen this happen online when an idol gets into relationships and such)

Not everything is what it appears to be, so feel free to do as you please — no one is stopping you.

Sure thing. The only thing we really disapprove of is selfharm, eating disorders, or triggering things such as that. Porn on the other side: Go wild. (which doesn’t necessarily mean you gotta fill your dash with it 24/7 but you catch the drift)

From the other persons question, what if they are an ulzzang or something? Could they be "full au" if the ulzzang's history is vague enough?

This could be changed by our other admin, so double check beforehand. I don't see a problem with an ulzzang. As long as it wasn't like a superhero or something; perhaps a doctor or a photographer. They're realistic AUs, or perhaps a model of some sort.
