“I was in the middle of a set last night and my guitar strings literally just fucking snapped. Like, I was in the zone and then nope. To make it worse, my dumbass didn’t bring any backup strings...” Max only laughed at her rough night. “I mean, I ended up turning the whole thing into, like, an a cappella type deal, but that shit was kind of embarrassing. Anyways, how was your night?”
Quinn had headed straight from his gig and to the bar, exhausted from the hectic day he’d had, ready to spend the rest of the evening with good music and booze. Taking a seat at the bar, he ordered a whiskey and coke, turning to the girl next to him with a smile. “And.. whatever she’s having.” The man added, nodding to the bartender before looking back at her.
