I care them
just some mains uwu
The more spacious, central area of the asteroid seemed to be where most of the people existed. It reminded Iyra of Cetus in a way, mostly due to the peddlers scattered around, trying to sell their wares for amounts of money that she definitely couldn’t afford. She saw Corpus trade freighter coordinates being sold, probably for the buyer to mount a raid against. There was a war-torn Grineer by himself, selling every piece of his kind's weaponry, and even some that Iyra hadn't seen before. A small band of Grineer and Corpus traders alike boasted a rather arrogant display of Orokin relics looted from drifting ships, and Iyra knew without a doubt in her mind that from their modified suits and masks, these guys were going into the Void in person to retrieve such things.
A few of the more nearby vendors attempted to reach out to the group before Ochre Eye all but physically swatted them away, muttering something about "they don't know who they're begging at." It made Iyra wonder really just how much of a big deal Krakkos had been here before Aril had been discovered.
The only thing that she really did pick up on was the number of people staring at her. At first she assumed it was because she was new, but after a few moments, they didn't seem to be looking at her face.
Rather, they followed her syandana with their eyes for as long as it was within their peripherals.
what wallflower?
👀💦🔥
and in the end i'd do it all again
“you never really did figure out exactly what was going on, did you?”
iyra remained still, her feet grounded to the wet floor, limbs stiff and neck pained. “...”
worm giggled, her fingers tightening their grip, taunting her with it. “how sad for you that failure is as much a part of you as we are.”
"I don't want sunbursts or marble halls; I just want you."
