I don’t really feel like anything happened in this one but I mean I guess a lot happened? We get to meet her mom. And Christian’s aunt. The set up for further plots with the Strigoi. I’m glad we can maybe stop seeing Rose and Dimitri not-hate-hate each other. But that will probably not last long I know better than to get my hopes up about that. RIP MASON I’M SAD. I mean he is sort of secondary so it was a blow but not as huge a blow as it could be… Which worries me for future deaths. I wonder if her mom is going to see it through the end of the series or if she dies. (I GOT VERY EMOTIONAL WHEN ROSE BROKE DOWN.) And I wonder about the dad. Is he alive? Dead? Strigoi? And where the heck is the creepy uncle from the last one didn’t he escape I don’t even remember. Natalie’s dead. I like Adrian. Hmm.
I like these books because they’d funny and witty and like a stupid YA vampire series without being a stupid YA vampire series. I still need to see the movie though. I’m kind of worried though because I don’t know if I’ll like it lmao it looks sort of hokey. Nonetheless.
