Shelly is a vigilante environmentalist kinda, she sabotages illegal fishing boats, one day she found archie stuck in their net so she frees him and they escape together.
Feeling indebted, archie visits her and give her pearls as gift and other things, sometimes rare stones and high quality fishes (she makes sashimi and they eat together ^_^). Since he also hate the bad guys and wants to teach them a lesson for messing with him, he later joins her on missions. They become the perfect partners in crime 🌊✊
