“Hey now we don’t need to fi---!” The non bender flips backward, landing on his hands. His lips pushed out into a pout. This is why he pretended to be a fire bender. Because then people would actually fucking listen to him. But shit, his cover was blown. He pushes off of his hands, landing on one foot, the other held up. Why can’t things ever be easy? He spins around on his heel, taking off, running. Gotta get away gotta get away gotta get away!!!

He slid around a corner, wheezing as he slammed into someone. He stumbled back, falling with an ‘oof’.

           “Midoriya-kun.... What a surprise!” As if he hadn’t known Izuku was going to be walking through this hall to get back to the dorms. “What are you doing on this WONDERFUL day, hm? Enjoying the sunny weather?”

“Young Midoriya!” With all the ease of a typical person picking up their morning newspapers, All Might dangled the boy in one hand from where he’d found Izuku snoring in the sand, with a small twitch as if to shake the sand off of the kid. “I told you to go home hours ago! Did you stay here all this time to keep working?”

This section of the beach was a bit clearer than he’d left it earlier...

Starter for izukusdeku

The last time Inko had found herself inside of the hospital was when Izuku was born and she’d admit that she found it odd to be on the other end of a hospital visit for once. But here she was being kept overnight so the staff could keep an eye on her, all because she had taken a page out of her son's book. 

There had been two young children in front of Inko at the store on an errand for their mother. Their banter had reminded her so much of Izuku and Katsuki when they were that age so when a villain smashed through the front window of the shop on a direct course for two. Inko had thrown herself at them pushing them out of the way and placing herself directly in front of the villain. She couldn’t remember much of what happened next, but she had woken up in the hospital hours later, arm in a cast and a killer headache.

She looked up from the magazine she was given to past the time when there was a knock on the door. She called the person to come in as she closed her magazine.
