@ Asuka: It feels surreal, to see blood coming from Asuka’s cheek. Usually it’s his own, dripping like so many tears down his face. But this time Shinsō is pressed to the sixth seat’s skin, and Izuru is paralyzed. Instinct tells him to try and disarm their captain, but his obedience keeps him still. “Ichimaru-taichō—“ he chokes it out like bile. “Please don’t hurt him. H-he didn’t mean it—“ He paws at Asuka’s sleeve as if he could pull him away. He’s weak. He can’t even curse or yell.
How would Your Muse react to the sight of someone striking and hurting My Muse / accepting
He’s not fast enough—
And, damn it, he’s made Izuru fret because of it.
Asuka’s own zanpakutō’s behind the fox-faced bastard—disarmed in his first attack—but he’s still glaring defiantly even as he feels those ginger tugs on his arm. He wants to tell the blonde to get outta here, to let him handle it, but Shinsō moves to his throat and the words stick and threaten to turn into a snarl.
When Ichimaru leans close to lick away the line of blood trailing down his cheek, he wants to cut it off (the tongue or his cheek, either would do) just to get rid of the slimy feeling.
But it’s over as quick as it’s started; the blade against his skin disappears and that eerie voice taunts him for his ‘attempt’ at bravery, at defending his lieutenant’s honor. It’s cute, he says, how Katakura-san thinks he can play with his toys.
That snarl breaks loose but Izuru’s clutching hold on Asuka’s arm keeps him in check.
He’s already made it worse…

She had simply been walking from a captains meeting when she saw him. Izuru was she could only assume walking back to his squad from possibly a visit with his friends in either 5 or 9. “Izuru-san!” She simply raised her head not defaulting to a large display to grab his attention.

Folded his arms. “I know we’re close, but I’m not above writing you up for insubordination.” Of course, her bitter attitude made her perfect for the Third division, but she could not be allowed to wreak havoc /all/ the time.
She wordlessly turned away from Izuru. She was powerless and lectured wherever she went, even dead and as an adult. She could, at least, tune people out if nothing else worked.

“Lieutenant Kira.” The voice came from a nearby tree, where a nibantai officer was perched. It was a good day in her book, slightly overcast but still blue, just a bit of a nip in the air, and she had nicked a package of some kind of World of the Living cookies that she couldn’t stop eating. “Nice day, huh?”

while it's probably important to be honest when talking about your mental health, people can be real dicks when it comes to substance abuse. it's as if, if you have a history of it, you're on the shit list forever, even if you're clean. i don
yeah you’re exactly right.
my therapist and I agreed to just write down “will fall into self destructive behaviour”. And if they ask me to specify THEN I’ll mention it, but for now they don’t need to know all the details.

Is perfectly happy with this. Although she has to wonder, “how long do you plan on holding me up like this?”

Is there a designated screaming pillow? For screaming?
there’s both a screaming pillow and a small soundproofed side room dubbed “the yell zone”
