Gogai, gogai! I’m bringing you some deep Utena nerd lore here today, with the Comedie Musicale Utena La Fillette Révolutionnaire 1997 musical program book, scanlated and chock full of J.A. Seazer being obtuse, Juri’s actress not getting her character at all, and wonderful little footnotes by our amazing meta translator Nagumo! An extra thanks also to a pen for proofreading the Ikuhara and Seazer bits! Scans, image editing, and final proofing by me. As usual with the scanlated meta, I did my best to keep the aesthetic intact, so you can journey through the early Photoshop and hostile text overlays as if you were really there, over 20 years ago!! The musical itself is up on YouTube, so if you haven’t seen it...oof. :D
