Jared and Jensen rehearsing the hug from 6.12 Like A Virgin.

(They rehearsed this scene SO MUCH. And every time the director was like "Is that enough rehearsal?", Jared or Jensen would say, "No, we want to get this JUST RIGHT." Then after hours of practice-hugging, they ran off to one of their trailers to do more in-depth rehearsal because they are perfectionists. No, shhhhh.... That's exactly what happened...)

So my gf Kate did pretty fantastic on her ACT soooo I thought that'd be a good excuse for a promo.

At this point, I am positive that this relationship is the reason why Supernatural is still going and why it could go on for more seasons. The president of the CW said that he would keep it going for as long as Jared and Jensen wanted to do it, but they're great actors. They could find other jobs. We've all heard rumors about them being offered big movies, other TV shows, other opportunities that might lead to more recognition and money. I believe that the real reason they keep doing Supernatural is that neither of them want to have to get up in the morning and go to work without the other. They love being around each other so much that they are willing to keep it going for as long as they possibly can. Yes, there are other factors like their devotion to their fans and job security, but in the end, I think we have Jared and Jensen's epic love & friendship to thank for keeping our show alive.
