2. First console you owned?
NES, on which I mostly played Duck Hunt. First one I played a lot was GameBoy Color. My cousin who lived with us had a Virtual Boy, but my sister and I had to sneak into his room to play it.
3. A game that holds a special place in your heart?
I’ve played Bahamut Lagoon like thirty times. It’s this SNES tactics game that was never distributed out of Japan and has a pretty primitive plot + characters, but I love it so much and wish it had more of an international fanbase.
4. Favorite video game character?
HARD. I think... Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy VIII? Which is funny because I hated him the first time I played the game, but he matures so much and the the traits I disliked about him can be attributed to his traumas and insecurities, which I love.
6. Favorite genre?
Tactics, simulation, business, fashion. The Sims 2 w/ Open for Business and Style Savvy: Trendsetters are such ideal games for me because they hit the last three; even better would be if you were running a fashion empire and also going to tactics-style war. I’m also a sucker for JRPG melodrama
7. Video game character you’ve had a crush on?
I had such a giant frickin’ crush on Glenn from Chrono Cross when I was in grade 5, even though he’s kind of pathetic non-character. However, his stats are excellent, and that’s hot.
11. Video game you’ve spent the most time on?
I’ve logged hundreds of hours on The Sims 2, but that’s justifiable because it’s a sandbox game. The most ridiculous amount of time I’ve spent on a game is the 100+ hours for Final Fantasy X—not even getting all the final weapons; just playing Blitzball.
12. Most embarrassing gaming moment?
I don’t often play games in public, so I don’t have embarrassing moments? When I was nine or ten years old, I cried because I saved my sister’s Chrono Cross file over my own. And we’d taken different paths, so I didn’t have my boyfriend Glenn anymore.
15. Video game character you wish you could meet in real life?
Wonder Chef from Tales. I want to be blessed with recipes.
16. PC, Xbox, Playstation, or Nintendo?
Playstation?? idk.
18. If you could only play one video game for the rest of your life, which would you choose?
First of all, no. Second of all, The Sims 2, if I could play it on a better computer than mine.
26. Favorite gaming series?
I wanna say Final Fantasy, but I also haven’t really loved a FF game since X. I’ve sold my soul to Kingdom Hearts, but I hate how they’re retconning everything I loved about the story in the first three games. Sigh, is Kazushige Nojima’s gameography a series? Because that seems the most accurate.
28. Best online gaming experience?
I don’t really online game. /)_(\ Uh, Kingdom of Loathing is fun and hilarious. Playing that was a good experience.
29. Worst online gaming experience?
When I was in elementary school, I joined a Neopets Guild for Final Fantasy, but the leaders had a very public falling out. Also, I once argued with people on a forum about Chrono Cross and another time on YouTube about Kingdom Hearts and another time on Tumblr about Final Fantasy VII wow I am just full of strong opinions about JRPGs.

I usually have to wear two socks each foot. If my feet are cold I'm never able to get warm.

10. What was a weird dream you have had?
I think the creepiest one was when I dreamed I was being chased by a nano version of Cthulhu. It was shorter than me, but I remember thinking "it's not right, he's probably going to get bigger any time now". It never got bigger though.
