Absolutely! And yes, the juxtaposition is funny.

Jack Cliff

When you wake him up in a cold sweat, he can immediately feel the terror in you.

His arms are quickly wrapped around you as he scans the room for a threat, if he finds anything that made you that afraid- he's going to destroy it.

Once realizing it was a nightmare, his words are gentle and soft, he understands nightmares are.. well, fucking scary sometimes.

No matter how irrational, hes still going to hold you in his arms until you fall asleep once more.

He stays awake for the rest of the night, wanting to make sure you aren't gonna wake up to him asleep next to you. He wants you to wake up and immediately realize- you're safe.

He wants to be the one you come to when you're afraid, he wants to comfort you when you need it. He feels that it's one of the only things he's good for nowadays anyways.

Eventually he does pass tf out though and you're stuck in this giants arms.

Postal Dude

Hes confused. Very, very confused.

Chances are he's awake anyways, and when he sees you start to flail around- he kinda shakes you. If that's not enough, he backs off.

"Hey, Y/N, you having a fucking stroke?"

When you do wake up, hes asking what the hell happened.

"You had me worried yknow." (Not really, moreso scared you were about to be the star in the next exorcist movie.)

Dude is not good at comforting people, and he doesn't understand that kind of fear. He hasn't been afraid like that since he was a child.

Hes probably gonna give you one of his guns, thinking that'll be enough to get you to calm down.

If that's not enough and you tell him you need him to stay with you, he begrudgingly agrees.

Hes not very comfortable, but if it keeps you calm and stops that same thing from happening again- he doesn't really care.

Passes out again almost immediately, if you had another nightmare good luck tryna wake him up for comfort he's passed the fuck out and not coming to until noon.

Jack

Love is something that he tries to stay away from after the loss of his family, but when he feels it again for another- there's a twinge of hope, before the crushing realization that those feelings could NEVER be reciprocated hits him. He's a gang leader who's literally returned from hell, no one could ever love something like that. He keeps his composed appearance up around them, and he'll never let his feelings slip through, he's practically a professional at bottling his true feelings.

Aaron

Gets so so confused. He never got to experience what it was like to really crush on someone, so it takes him a while to figure out why his stomach gets so light around that particular someone, why his palms get so sweaty and why words become so hard to form. It's after a discussion with Johnny that he realizes he's fallen, and that's when he immediately goes to confront those feelings in the form of confessing. It's awkward and for the first time in years Aaron can't seem to keep himself together, stuttering like a lovesick teenager. It's a mess and he's actually terrified the entire time, but he gets it done.

Axel

Immediately realizes and drops the news very casually, just comes over and goes "hey I love you, wanna get drinks?" Talking about these feelings is nothing he gets nervous about, he doesn't see why anyone would. Just don't be a pussy, say what you think, that's essentially his motto.

Shane

Like Axel, he realizes it immediately. But he doesn't act immediately, he waits. He looks for any sign that these feelings are returned, one of his best skills is reading people like books. He'll figure out that it's not one sided after a good month or two of observing, taking that person out more and more in order to further study. He just needs to be sure before he says or does anything stupid.

Reilly

Oh god he's so fucking awkward, the other person will for certain figure it out before he even THINKS of telling them. A single compliment makes his face flare up, he seems to stare at them and get lost for what feels like hours on end, it could only be more obvious if his heart was literally pounding out of his chest like a cartoon.

Jack and Shane with a self conscious s/o?

Jack

He doesn't understand why his s/o would be self conscious, it makes no sense to him. He can't get himself into that headspace especially when it's someone he loves, as they seem to be raised on such a high pedestal in his mind just for that. He will assure them as much as possible though, hoping that his words give even a bit of reprieve from their own worries.

Shane

Shane is much different on the other hand, he's able to see the flaws in everyone, including himself. He's been in that mindset his entire life, but when he learns that his own s/o deals with the same thing, it breaks his heart a little. He can spot the bad in everything, but he just can't find it in them. He'll do everything in his power to ease their mind, kind words and loving touches if his rather blunt statements of "there's nothing wrong with you, if there was I would say it to your face right now" don't work.
