Wake up before it's too late!!
sorry for all the arcana posts guys it WILL keep happening i love this game
the fact that even if I enter a reading slump for the rest of the year I have enough books for an end of the year recc list is so exciting. the only thing better than reading is talking abt reading and the fact that I won’t feel guilty abt talking about books at the end of this year (like I did last year when I barely read) is Big Love
I mean truly Mary Shelley meant for her novel Frankenstein to be brought to life with gorgeous brightly colored backgrounds that contrast jarringly with Victor and the creature being in black and white, perhaps this contrast reversing for certain scenes but in this TedTalk I will-
Hi! I found your HHD "guide" and it was pretty neat! However, I found the part about making houses larger unclear. Does it need to be the day directly after the first house was built or can it be any day?
Oh goodness! Hello there! My apologies for the delay in replying; it’s been a while since I’ve played the game, so I needed to boot it back up to get a little refresher. It’s going to get a little wordy from here on out (there’ll be a TLDR near the end), but I just want to make sure that I cover everything as I do understand that it can get a little confusing.First things first, thank you kindly for referencing my guide! I’m actually really happy that people find use for it still! It brings a smile to my face every time I see it liked, reblogged, or mentioned ^^)/To answer your question, you’re allowed to revisit the villagers and offer to build them a bigger house any day after the first house as long as you have the “Choosing a Layout” course finished. If you don’t have it unlocked, you won’t be able to access the layout options. In order to unlock it, you need to go to your desk and choose the “Study the handbook” option. The lesson itself costs 5 Play Coins.Additionally, you don’t have to restrict yourself to the day immediately after the very first installation of their home was created ^u^ Likewise, after expanding a home, you’re free to continue expanding it on the next in-game day. The option you’ll have to select when you speak to a villager is “New House.” Choosing the “Deluxe Remodel” option will only allow you to edit the house’s furniture, ambiance, flooring, and wall paper. After choosing their location, you’ll be asked what size you’d like to make their new home. You’ll need to select “A big house” if you want to be presented with the new, larger floor plans. As long as you keep the same location, everything will technically be kept the same. The “front yard” will still contain the same furniture and house location. The interior might have a few missing wall furniture pieces due to the room becoming longer/wider. Likewise, you’ll need to reposition the furniture inside the home, as their positions stay the same during the new home transfer. With all this said, there’s a certain order in building that you might need to pull off in order to achieve the home style that you desire for your client. Some rooms are not compatible with others due to the kind of “wonky” layout HHD has. Villagers cannot get fully upgraded homes like how the player character can in the main Animal Crossing game. Instead, the max amount of rooms you may have is 3.Here is a more in-depth guide regarding room choices by Animal Crossing World ^u^
TLDR; You can expand house size any day after building the first home for that specific villager. To get it, you’ll need the “Choosing a Layout” course finished. Once you have that course completed, talk to a villager and choose “New House.”
I hope this was a little bit more clear. If not, I don’t mind answering more questions!
Good luck in perfecting your client’s homes~!
