How do you remember to use your bullet journal everyday? I'm quite forgetful when it comes to these things but I really want to make one! Any tips for reminders?

for me filling out my bullet journal just became a habit bc i rly enjoy the process and making lists reduces my stress drAMATICALLY so i remember to use it bc i love it!! if that doesnt work for u right away u can always set alarms on ur phone or laptop or leave lil sticky notes around ur room or bathroom or smth!

1. Last time you smiled? Why? –> When I saw that you tagged me because I love being tagged.

2. Last time you laughed? Why? –> A few hours ago because my sister always makes stupid jokes.

3. Last time you cried? Why? –> I actually can’t remember.

4. Last time you sang? What song? 

–> Again, a few couple of hours ago, Eye of the Tiger by Survivors.  

5. Last time you danced? To what song? –> Probably yesterday while cleaning the house but I can’t remember to what song.

6. Last time you pissed someone off? Who? –> Uhm, yesterday, my mum, I guess? 


7. Last time you were pissed off? Why? –> confession time: I get randomly pissed off by stupid things or maybe even without any reason. So the last time I was pissed off was on saturday I think and there was no reason... 

8. Last time you ate? What? –> a couple of minutes ago, a clementine


9. Last time you drank? What? –> a couple of minutes ago, water

10. Last time you watched a movie? Which one? –> I can’t remember the exact day, it was a couple of days ago, I think and The Avengers: Age of Ultron 

11. Last time you said I love you? To whom? –> Yesterday, to Jas

12. Last time you wrote? What? –> Uff, I don’t know, it’s been a while and it was my own story

13. Last time you said something? To whom and what? –> like two seconds ago, I wished my mum goodnight


14. Last time you wrote a letter? To whom? –> A week ago to a friend

15. Last time you sent a message? To whom? –> Maybe an hour ago to Jas

16. Last time someone called you on your phone? Who? –> 6:24pm, my sister

17. Last time you called someone on the phone? Who? –> 6:25pm, my sister

18. Last time you went out for dinner? With whom? –> I don’t know, could’ve been a year ago. I don’t like going out for dinner. And I don’t know with whom. 


19. Last time you said thank you? To whom? –> a few seconds ago, to my mum

20. Last time you you got a compliment? By whom? –> The last time was probably from Jas and I think yesterday? I don’t know if that counted as a compliment.
