Above 46 Fahrenheit / 7.8 Celsius
41 - 45 Fahrenheit / 5 - 7.2 Celsius
36 - 40 Fahrenheit / 2.2 - 4.4 Celsius
31 - 35 Fahrenheit / -0.5 - 1.7 Celsius
26 - 30 Fahrenheit / -3.3 - -1.1 Celsius
21 - 25 Fahrenheit / -6.1 - -3.9 Celsius
16 - 20 Fahrenheit / -8.9 - -6.7 Celsius
11 - 15 Fahrenheit / -11.7 - -9.4 Celsius
6 - 10 Fahrenheit / -14.4 - -12.2 Celsius
5 Fahrenheit / -15 Celsius and below
Don't wear a heavy jacket at all in winter.
Don't live in in a latitude with winter.
I converted Fahrenheit to Celsius and rounded up to the first decimal place. That's why Celsius is not a perfect seamless range, but hey didn't have to do that and it was more work so it is what it is.
