Jackie Ferrara uses pattern and repetition to explore relationships between sculpture and architecture. Drawing inspiration from ancient pyramidal forms, Ferrara creates modular drawings and sculptures that reference our contemporary world but evade specificity. Listed as a #mustsee exhibition by @artforum, Jackie Ferrara’s artwork is #onview through tomorrow May 6 at @franklinparraschgallery. Her recently expanded #MTAarts mosaic “Grand Central: Arches, Towers, Pyramids” (2000) is always on view at Grand Central-42 St station (4,5,6,7,S).

Jackie Ferrara's "Lines" is on view in our Lab Corridor. The exhibition consists of eight wall drawings, each anchored by imagined architecture or architectural elements along with lists of film titles rendered in Morse code.
