~ A Winter Wonderland with @jack--valentine​ ~

“I know this ride is suppose to be for kids but they should have spiked hot chocolate for the adults.” Whitney spoke to her friend while she took a sip of her alcohol free hot cocoa. It had been awhile since she last hung out with her childhood friend. When it came to the holiday season the blonde made sure that she made time for everyone, especially Jack. The train ride around the square seemed like a great way for them to chit chat while admiring the winter decorations. “So Jackie boy, what’s new? I think the last time we saw each other was the softball game so I totally need a catch up on your life.”

Søren narrowed his eyes a little, observing Jack as he lied to him. Then, looking away, he stared into the empty space in front of him and then gave a nod "You're lying." Søren, he confronted. Of course, this wasn't normal for him, actually having met anyone who wasn't trying to kill him for supplies or something. So he didn't want to be too confrontational with the other. Shifting he turned his head to one side, away from Jack. The other wasn't going too tell him what was really going on. Neither of them had known each other like that, they hadn't known each other very long, period.

When Whitney had a day off work, she always took full advantage of it. Today she was spending the day with Jack who happened to be one of her oldest friends. They bonded over their love of sports in school and had been friends ever since. “Can you believe that Chloe Moore is pregnant? When we were in high school I thought she was going to become a nun so I guess she proved me wrong.” She said with a chuckle as she laid on her towel, enjoying the Asteria sunshine. “I don’t think I’d be ready for a kid right now, would you be?”

Peter sighed as he sat in traffic, taking out his phone to text Jack. "I'll be there in 10 minutes. Tops." He wrote, knowing fine rightly it would be more. He heard Joe sigh and saw him look out the window, swinging his legs gently. "Sorry, bud. I thought traffic would be a little lighter."

Peter lay on his bed, hugging his son, who let him as he drank his bottle. He'd went out the night before, and he guessed his tolerance had went down because he felt like he hadn't had that much to drink. Jack offered to come over to help him out, and he gratefully said yes as well as telling him to bring over Chinese food. He lay there and waited for him to arrive.

Saying that Danny was nervous was an understatement. Yes, he'd hung out with Jack at the party, and yes, Jack had confirmed that he liked him back, but there were still butterflies in his stomach. He checked himself in the mirror to see if he looked presentable and then left for Jack's house.

Things That Go Bump || Jack & Evie

The S.S. Weasley Bird was the finest vessel in apocalyptic America, at least that's what Evie liked to think. In reality it was a shabby looking Home Depot, but in Evie's imagination it was so much more. She had almost everything she needed to become a pirate captain, all that she was missing was her loyal crew. Once she had that sorted she could set sail, go on daring adventures in exotic lands and be the greatest pirate the world had ever seen.

However finding a good crew was a bit harder than she had expected. Everyone was always up to something important, and Evie didn't want to be a pain, so most of the time she was forced to abandon her recruitment duties. Today, however, would be different, today was the day she would recruit the rest of her merry pirate crew.

She was combing the store for potential pirates when found Jack sitting in a secluded aisle, aiming a sling shot at cans that had once contained paint. Her face lit up when she saw him, and she bounded down the aisle to greet him. "Hey Jack, do you want to become a pirate?"
